Tonka loves exploring his surroundings, chasing after toys, and playing with his siblings, showing off his fun and energetic nature. He’s curious about everything and enjoys being right in the middle of the action.
Even with his playful side, Tonka has a very sweet and affectionate personality. He enjoys attention, cuddles, and spending time close to his people after a fun day of play. With his adorable long body, soft floppy ears, and bright, expressive eyes, Tonka has the classic dachshund charm that makes him hard to resist.

The miniature dachshund is a small hound dog breed from Germany with either a short, wire-haired, or longhaired coat and a long, low body. These dogs are simply the smaller variety of the dachshund dog breed, with the larger variety being the standard dachshund. The breed is generally spunky and playful, and it makes for an alert little watchdog.
